He believes that attending such institutions indicates a high level of intelligence, competence and potential for success. Consequently, he unconsciously prioritizes candidates who have attended prestigious universities which may impact his overall evaluation and decision-making.   Question:   Identify the type of potential bias that may be influencing the manager’s evaluation of candidates. Support your answer with logical reasoning.     Important Instructions: Your discussion must be based on logical facts.
